The Blazers you refer to are the smaller ones, based on the S10/S15 series trucks. I own a 1992 Blazer, which after 1995 was known as the Tahoe. My truck weighs close to 5,000lbs, and the 4 door Tahoes weigh more than 5,000lbs. These trucks use the same frame and body parts as the Suburban and K1500/2500/3500 1/2, 3/4, and 1 ton pickup trucks. Sorry, but these trucks are fullsizes.
Sandman, the 1/2 ton and bigger "SUV's"/wwwthreads_images/icons/crazy.gif never got any engines smaller than the 350 from 92 and up. The 4.3L is available in the pickups, but not the "SUV's"/wwwthreads_images/icons/mad.gif (I hate that term).
