Hey guys! I got my Shee built back again after that 1 lean cylender siezed, I had the stock head milled and rechameberd 19 cc and bored 1.25mm over I got bigger pilot jets #35 moved the needle clip down to the 5th of 6 notches on the needle making it richer, and installed #320 mains, and it screems, seems like the richer I make it the more power I get, my plugs are white not grey now, and I think il take cleartoy's advice and go to #380 mains, or just leave out the main jet what do ya think ot that guys?

First thing bro, if your plugs are white, PLEASE put a bigger main jet in, you are way tooooooo lean. Its better to go too rich than too lean for starters anyways. If your not running the stock air box, its so easy to change the jets.

Second thing, I got in to the hype about installing bigger pilot jets (32.5 up from 25 stock, and it constantly stalled and fouled plugs). I have recently gone back to the stock 25 pilots, and it never fouls or stalls. Youll find out for yourself.

By the way, are you running a twist throttle, and or have you removed the TORS carb caps?

Also, what kind of gas do you run with 19cc domes?

have you removed the TORS carb caps?

just curious what these are?

The T.O.R.S. caps are the electronic carb caps on the top of the stock carbs. If the throttle gets stuck wide open, they will kill the ignition. I installed a twist throttle, and had to short out the circuit, cuz when i opened the throttle, it killed the bike.

I have the normal Mikuni carb caps laying around in my garage, but haven't put them on because, im told i will have no idle adjustment without the idle kit.

Reason i asked, is since i shorted out the TORS system, ignintion is hot all the time(no matter where the on\off switch is, and i have to stall the bike to shut it down. Ive disconnected the TORS box above the left cylinder, the 2 switches at the carbs and the one that went to the stock thumb throttle.

I still have the TORS caps but have disconected all wiring and TORS controller to it and my EGN kill switch and key still work, I am going to a twist throttle and install the idle kit as well, Someday! and cant I just leave out the main jet? I got a DYNO Port 2 into 1 pipe and instantly ripps when I pin the throttlle, I anit got to use the clutch to come onto the pipe or power band, just the throttlle, I can only use about 1/4 throttle when climbing steep long hills or it goes so fast instantly that I have a hard time keeping the front wheel on the ground, and know I got the stock air box with k&N filter, its a pain to rejet, but Im going to a 380 and maby a 400 main, being that big I may as well leave em out huh?
