first of does anyone know where I can get a new dipstick, the tube on mine keeps coming out when I check the oil.

Second, when I really step on the gas my jeep kinda makes a slight whistle, kinda like something blowing through a hole. I'm not a mechanic but for some reason im thinking vaccum leak?

Either a vaccuum leak or a fan whistle, it's hard for me to tell without hearing it. Does it increase with RPM? Do you have electric or belt driven fan? Vaccuum leaks can be found with either some carb cleaner sprayed in small areas, like with one of those tiny straws. Another way is propane, which causes a decrease in RPM, this works best with a tank with a small hose on it. Be careful with both, large quantities of either can cause fire or explosion.
