this is about what your post looks like.... the grammar is so poor it's really hard to read. thats why you don't have any replies before this.

now then...
it sounds like you want to buy a rubicon. it comes with everything you have mentioned already, and they are made for rock crawling so the warranty shouldn't be an issue.

If you dont buy a rubicon make sure that the tj you buy comes with the dana 44 in the rear. Im not sure if you would pay a bit extra for it or not. A friend of mine looked at two tj's side by side, one with the dana 44 and one with the dana 35. They were very close in price. I dont think the lot that had it even knew which had what. If you dont know what a dana 44 looks like, do yourself a favor and do some history searching in here. I remember seeing some info on how to tell the difference and if I remember right there were even pictures.

If I was buying new it would be a Rubicon,,, But it isin't worth it to me to trade in a semi built jeep for the payment.

If not get the 44 and a 4.0 stay away from the automatic, and buying the high priced packages like the Sahara is just a waste of dough to me...

other than that if buying new you really do not have much to pick from.

The Tj should get about 15-18mpg with your lift.

I will second Rio_grande about getting a high dollar package. Waiting 6 years to mod a 2003 jeep seems carzy to me. Buy used with a 5spd, 44's, and a 4.0L. You will be very happy. You can easily get a 2001 in new condition off ebay for about 12,500 vs. 22,000 for a new one. You do the math.

Maybe you could find a salvage jeep, as i did, and work on it and get to know it very well. And for cheap.

Why would you wait years before modifying it?

My Rubi is "in process" right now for the goodies that it doesn't come stock with. Suspension lift, full skid plate, rock rails, etc. Maybe even a supercharger, that 4.0 leaves a little to be desired.

Although pricey, the Rubicon already has lots of the things you'll eventually add on anyway, you just don't have to let it evolve over the years. It's a good beginning platform, but it still needs more.

Oops forgot, I get about 18 mpg with 3 inch lift and 32 11.50's and 4.11 gears,,,

I really did not loose much with the lift, but I have to drive reasonable to get that mileage. If I get affter it a little more like wheeling in the mud it does not get much over 14

The salvage Jeep is a really good Idea if you have the time. Probably the route I will take in the future.

I'll take a different angle on this. Just how BAD ASS do you intend to get? 35" tires ..38". 4.88 gears, 5.13? NV4500 Atlas II ..ARBs???

If so ...just buy a cheap (cheapest that you can find) 4.0 sport with a D35 and figure that you're gonna want something tougher than the D44, D30, NV3550, and NP231/242 is going to provide. Even a Rubicon, as potent as it is out of the box, has its limitations. Do you intend to exceed them?
