·I got my ECU waterproof box built, pre wired with termanal strips. The strips are numbered and in numerical order for ease of termanating wire. I re-wired the complete Throttle body injection system (including the ignition, alternator, gauges and other critical systems) with #14 blue stranded wire. After connecting everything and making sure it ran good, I built the box pictured below. Every wire going to the ECU termanial box is numbered on both sides of the wire (or color coded in the cases where the wires don't tie directly to the ECU, i.e. power-red, run power-yellow, gound-black {and so on}). Zip ties are used as a wire management system within the ECU termanial box. Approx 40 wires will enter the box which will be mounted on the firewall inside the engine compartment. The wires will enter through the side of the box (the box will be mounted vertical, so they will really enter throught the bottom) and then sealed in place. If the seal on the wires doesn't hold, the laws of physics should help because the air will be trapped in the box, even if completly submerged. more pics to follow when I get the final installation done.
