I'm sure Wilwood or Howe make a master cyl that would work for you. They make brake components for race cars. I don't have any contact info available right now for either company.

Has anybody had any luck putting a new brake sytem with a split system master into a jeep, I need to put a entirly new system into a cj2a that has a single line system that is mounted under the floorboard, I probaly won't have room on the firewall so I need a dual system that can be mounted under the floorboard.

I put a split system in my CJ-2, but it's all firewall mounted. I used a Ford Ranger master cylinder and a proportioning valve from a Chevy Nova. I built my own swing pedal set-up.
