I thinking about pruchasing a Jeep TJ. I want to put a Rubicon Express 4.5" Lift, is this a good lift? I also want to put 33x12.50R15 Goodyear Wrangler MT/Rs. Does anyone know how these tires wear? I had Wranglers on my Z71 and they sucked, but i have heard a lot of good things about MT/Rs. They are suppose to really strong and have an aggressive tread that is not to noisy. What type of wheels do you recommend? Should i get steel or Alloy?

I don't know anyone with the MT/Rs yet, however I'd reccomend steel rims, if you bend one on a rock you can pound it back. If you try to pound back aluminum it will crack. You didn't say if the YJ you were looking at has a 4.0 or 2.5, a stick or auto. Depending on what combination you get you may need a SYE kit. I think the 4.0L with auto and Dana 44 rear leaves you the shortest driveshaft.
