So the radiator on my 94 YJ (4.0 manual) started leaking again. Last time I did some stop leak to just get by, but since I want to generally build up the strength of the Jeep, so I decided to go with a new 3-row radiator.
I should get it tommorow and wanted to get some hints on things to look out for during the install.

Thanks in advance.

Biggest thing is take care of the old antifreeze, especially don't let it lie around in a pan where critters or kidlets can get to it.

In general changing a radiator is a pretty easy job. Just remember that they are by nature pretty fragile devices. Don't do anything that will put a strain on it. Especially make sure that it isn't being twisted. As it goes in make sure that it isn't touching anything but the mounting brackets.

My favorite amendment, and totally ignored by almost everybody.
