I\'m a jeepster owner again - finally!

Eighteen years after selling my first commando, I have finally bought another. It is a near identical match to the one that broke my heart years ago. It's a 1972 commando with the 304/TH400 combo, orange and white. It brought back wonderful memories and a few not so wonderful ones - I'm realizing just how much work these vehicles can be. Anyway, this is my first post and I'm happy to be part of the "club".

Welcome to the club. I think you will find that this forum has more information than you could ever hope to find about your vehicle and if it is not here already, you can ask and someone will probably know the answer. Just a hint, you should fill out your profile before other people ask you to do so. People like to know who they are talking to and where you are located.

Welcome! I like that color combo; orange and white. I have a 73 with that color combo but someone rattle canned over it - the Chesapeake Bay salt bath it endures daily is helping it flake off though. Post some pics when you get a chance.
