illegal operation error

Are other people getting a "program performed illegal operation" error every time that damn
warrantybynet.com ad shows up at the top of the page? I don't have the problem with the one with the
gray background, but there are two with yellowish background that cause the problem.

Yeah, I noticed it too, although I must admit, I don't know it has anything to do with the ad.

I found it to be absolutely repeatable, it crashed netscape at exactly the same point every time. After
the yellowish banner, warrantybynet.com appeared in large letters then a little tick mark where it looked
like it was trying to load an image file. Right at that point, crash. I followed the link and emailed them
about the problem, email returned as undeliverable. What a bunch of idiot programmers they must have.

I good starting point to resolve this is to know what type of browser you are running and what settings on the browser are you are using? Need to to the make a model numbers to answer this question? /wwwthreads_images/icons/laugh.gif

What is the exact error msg, you should see the message and then a details button. Click "details" and write down word for word what it says. ie. "xxxxxx caused an illegal operation in module xxxxxxx"
