Not going to work,,,,,,,,,your not locating the axle from lateral movement. It will swing to the side, pivoting on the three frame mounts of the links. You need to either run two upper links in a tri(opposite from the lowers), or upper links from the ends of the axle to the outside of the frame.

Even if it did locate the axle(but it won't), The upper link in the pic would need to be mounted above the Tcase output which would make the vertical seperation of the links at the frame more then you'd want. This would affect anti- squat to some degree. And having it mounted in the center would cause the body and frame to roll over the the side of the line the axles are traveling("Roll Center"). Have a certain amoumt of horizontal seperation in two upper links at the frame will allow the frame/body roll above the axle instead over to the side of it.

Echo what else has been said.
To keep from totally rebuilding it, he could do a wishbone on the top, or run another top link, and have them go from the center out towards the frame at the forward mounts.

From a structural standpoint, he has all the links going to near centre of crossmember(s). That's going to have to be one hell of a stout crossmember. At least with conventional designs, 2 or more links go to the frame rails.
