mass has a place called freetown state forest and years ago you used to ride dirtbikes and atv's in there now its just for dirtbikes well i say if hey allow dirtbikes then why not atv's to me its the same

my question is how can we go about trying to let them open it up for us i mean people go riding all the time there but i want to ride leagally not illeagally can any one help me with this or does anyone have any info i woul much appreciate it thank you
