hey im thinking a lot about lifting my truck, bronco 1995, but i still dont know how to do it, a suspention lift will be way to expensive, so i was thinking, a body lift is to hard/expensive to do?, is there on the web any tutorial about how to do it?, on a body lift i only have to change the body rubber bases right? (hope you understand what i mean...) any info would be greath...

also, pros and cons...

There are a lot of posts covering all your questions already, just try a search on body lift or lift kit. Many people here have done it. Some like it, some don't. Everyone like's their suspension lift. You can get suspension lift kits for under $300 USD.

Body lift is cheaper and relatively easier. Changing the body mount bushings (rubber bases) is correct. There are some complications on some models, as you'll find out after the search.

Good luck! I like the picture of the white Bronco you posted in another thread. Looks like it is set up perfectly

Suspension lift is going to cost more than you want to spend. Stick with your idea of Body lift, 2 or 3" slap some 33" tires on, or 35's possibly with the 3". Good to go. You've got to be thinking tires though. Otherwise, your lifted truck will look pretty funny on those teeny weeny stock tires. The body lift is "easier" to do than the suspension lift, but if the bolts are rusted up, it can be a bear to do. Always helps if you have a buddy around to help you during install.

Then your truck will be just about the size of the truck in the pic. looks like it's running 33's.

You're not going to wheel it much anyway, right? You just want the look of the lifted truck? Once you're done, you will find that with the bigger tires, your engine performance/feel accelerating is not what it used to be.
