To do a real build.
My k5 is ready. Right now its roln on custom 63" rear springs custom shackle reverse. Front hanger relocated forward. Fabbed crosmembwrs. 465 hydraulic clutch.

It has been fun and wheels very well with the flexy front and rear springs and its low only bought 3-4"s of lift took massive sawzall Modding to clear 35 bloggers.

My fabbing skills over the last few years have improved, tool collection is strenghtend and the fire is growing.

I want to 4 link the front with a pan yard bar, triangulate the rear. I most likly won't be able to afford coil overs so am looking at flexy early bronco springs. The k5 body will most likly be removed for the build and may not go back on.

Now you know what's going through my head

took me awhile to get started.

started cutting the rear section of the boddy of behind the cab today.

its taking me along time to just tear this thing down. i had planned to just tube out the rear but decided i just cant build what i want with the cab in the way. so the cab and entire front clip will go before i do any building.

also decided to just stick with leaf springs for now.

i have cross over steering stuff on hand that i need to get on this thing thatl be abut the only mod i do. i may dearch or remove a few leafs from spring packs and maybe run 62" leafs on the front . ok so maybe a few mods.

now past the point of no return. and it seems so has everyone else exceot for the damn POS ford Adds
