well i got my new ring and pinon in last night, by the time i was finished it was pritey dark but i wanted to top off my oil, i was trying to rushand thought i spilled a litel bit but no big deal

what i dident relise is i spilled a lot right on my headers to, so i got it full warmed it up and parked it in the street, when i got out i could see this weird oringe likght on the street under it, i allmost ignored it and went in the house but thare wher no lite srownd so i looked to se wat it was

the litel bit of oil that was no big deal cout on fier and was now a varey big deal, so i ran to my parent house and couldent find a fier extinglisher i thought about water but with oil that seemed like a bad idea so i just grabe the first thing i couls see, it was a one galon botel of dish detergent

it dident work so well but it helped, ran back to the gerage this time and thares the fier extinglisher so i grabed it an put it out, washed evrey thinh off relley well and took a look

well thare wer no damages amasingley, but it shure looks like a lot of fier when its on shomthing you care so mutch about and dump so mutch money in to

i even droce it for a whyel last night to make shure it was ok, it was but i was so parinoid i had to check it evrey time i stoped

but i lerned my lesons, dont rush, make shure you can see what your doing, and allways know whare the fier extinglisher is, ofcourse i have one in my truck now

sorey about the long storey but i had to tell someone

i wouldnt bash him too much for the spelling. he's from greece, or something like that and english is a second language. i know damn well theat i wouldnt be able to communicate that well in writing even though i can get by speaking spanish and german. I"m not fluent, but i can get by.

I hear spelling correctly puts truck fires out....


Actually we were 4Xing one time and a truck cought fire. It can be really scary. The fuel line rubbe dthe exhaust and lit. Not fun at all. No extiguisher since my truck was left behind to ride in the new rig.

wow that sucks, how bad was it burnt? it was weird fiers never botherd me that mutch before and iv cot a lot of things on fire the house, the trees, myself but that was the first time i relley paniced and dident relley know what to do ill allways keep a fire extinglisher in my truck now
