Is this a Jeepster hubcap? I've seen some with blue and some with red and brown. Whos the hubcap guru?

I've got a set or two. I pulled one set off a wagoneer and one off a ?'71+? commando. Not sure of the color scheme off hand as they've been packed away for some time.

I think the blue ones are for wagoneers and the black ones are for jeepsters. The horn buttons are the same way.

Red & Gold were when Kaiser built them, AMC changed the colors to Red & Blue. The reds were different also.

Different size between the two color schemes, but were on Jeepsters, Wagons and J-Trucks.

Kaiser wheels have three tabs that hold the hubcap
on, AMC wheels have four tabs. AMC hubcaps are a little
larger in diameter and are the red an blue. Kaiser
hubcaps were the orange an gold.

Anyone have a single Kaiser one they want to part with? The condition of the paint is not important.

Even in the Kaiser era, the Wagoneer and other full size vehicles had hubcaps that were slightly larger in diameter than the Jeepster/CJ ones. I got a set off a Wagoneer form a junkyard that were just a little too big for the Jeepster wheels.
