Below you can see the line up of my pullys. The alt, water pump and balancer are in the original positions. I added the P/S pump and bracket from a Jeepster that had it (I think. I bought it from someone here, but don't recall the exact donor truck). What the photo DOESN'T show, is that I've already spaced the pump bracket away from the block with 3 washers and it's STILL not lined up. Plus, even if I do line it up, I can't run a single belt for all four pulleys, right? Any one have a suggestion here?

It looks like you get to go to that paragon of manlyness, the JUNKYARD! You probably need a double on the crank, or to build new brackets.
A bicycle chain makes a pretty good tool for checking pulley alignment. Dont settle for an offset or an angle, the belts won't last long.

I used a triple pulley on the crank and a double on the water pump from a donor buick from the junk yard. Then when I added an air compressor, I had to space the water pump pulley out another 1/2 inch so I could use both grooves. The Buick 231 used a water pump that the shaft is about 1/2-1 inch longer.
