Advance sells a lot of kits to convert a Ford T18, what does that tell you?!! : )

they arent what Id call RARE, but not typical, and folks who own one usually dont let it go...

I looked for several months coast to coast to find one cheap enough i could afford...If you want to spend $600 on one they are pretty common, if you want to spend under that they become scarce...

I wouldn't say they are rare, I have a 78 CJ-5 with a t-18a and know of a few more in this area. I would just say that it is a desireable option to have. This swap is also fairly common, so Jeep t18a are not at all uncommon.

I just bought a T-18a for my CJ-7 and in all my research i wouldnt say that, vehicles with the T-18a are rare, its the people that will give them up that is very rare. A lot of people told me they had them but not many would give em up.
