How many miles do you guys put on your trucks?

Just curius to see how many miles everyone drives. Reason is because I seem to drive TONS and TONS. I bought the Yukon back in January with 91,000Kms (56,000 miles) and now only 6 months later I am up to 114,000Kms or 71,500miles on it. If you do the math you find out that thats 15,500!!!!

Last Friday I put on a set of brand new BFG MT's and already 7 days later I have 1,000 miles on them!!!!! and the driving isn't going to stop anytime soon. I am going to all these truck pulls on the weekend now and they are at the least 60 miles away with the furthest being 400Miles.

Damn, I drive to much!!!!

I got mine in fall of '99 with 80K on it. Now it has 128k. In almost two years i put on 48k so far.
Do people say that 12k a year is the average?? Personally I have never been able to drive so litte, and I did try.

Will work for mods

I've put 13,000 miles on my truck since late June of 99. How you ask? I live on a military base in San Diego, CA. My military job and second job are within a mile from my barracks. To save needless wear and tear on the Blazer I got a mountain bike and ride that to work. I only drive the truck when I need to go off base or move something I don't feel like carrying myself./wwwthreads_images/icons/tongue.gif

Only has 92,000 miles on it, 43,000 of which have happened after I bought it in May of 98./wwwthreads_images/icons/cool.gif

Let's see I bough my jeep last year in July with only 124k miles and now it has 162K miles on the clock. I put about 40k on it. That's about a 1/4 of the total millage in a year. I drive to southern Iowa about 10 times a year and I drive every where. Everything is original in it even the oil from the factory, just kidding.

My odometer never worked with old tranny. Then make a pop noise with new tranny and started turnning. Its useless with the big tires though. At any rate 2 twice to TN for some wheeling and thats about it. Drive up to work to go muddin near work about once a month. 6 mpg sucks. Id say 10k in the 1.5 years i had it.
