I am guessin stroke it, bore it, have someone specialize some pipes for it, man, that would be weird, seein a beefed up 50, lol.

putting it on alky is a great way to boost power..on larger engines (like 250s) it is good for 20 horse throughout the power curve...dont know if it would give the same effect on a 50 though

For real.... I remember reading somewhere where they had some write ups on pumped up PW50's

All of the fast ones had diffrent (lower,higher #'s) gears in the shaft assembly , exphasion chamber pipe and a bigger carb...
But those KTM 50's and those other mini racers are still faster/better.......

BIG BORE KIT! If they make them for PW50's LOL! Stripping it down of all non-essential items will make it lighter. I know a kid that has a GT80, and he'd mix a bunch of different flammable stuff like ether for his fuel! What about carbon fiber reeds? Take a torch and cut off the silencer so it's just a pipe! Sorry, I'm just being an ass now. Use part castor oil with your mix. K&N filter? Do you jet it everytime you ride? That's about all I can think of.

Damm I need a dig cammera, I wanted to use the one here at work, but then they could use it as evendience (sp?)... I was just rippin around the shop on my PW50 /wwwthreads_images/icons/laugh.gif... and my knee's f-in hurt, they stick out to much!!!
