I picked up an 8274 with out the motor awhile back.
Everything is there except the electric motor which is rather expensive new.
Anyway, I've always wondered how hard it would be to put a hydraulic motor on it instead of the rather expensive electric motor.
Or, what about putting both on. Use the electric when the engine has stalled or use the hydraulic when the motor is running. The hydraulic would be a whole lot easier on the battery.
