My relatively new, Hella headlight (read expensive), has recently acquired a hole. The hole is about 5/8" across and in the upper corner of the glass. The light is still working, although I expect it to quit soon if I don't do anything. Does anyone know any way to patch a headlight?? I've got nothing to lose since the bulb is on borrowed time anyway...

Good luck. Just yesterday alone I had a rock take out a driving light and put a "bullet hole" break in my windshield. On a positive note though, you can get a Hella replacement for fairly cheap through Quadratec.com. I think they are around 40 bucks.
