Well,
Finally got my rear axle just about finished for the swap. Need to add pads and tighten a few bolts and that should just about do it. Hopefully will get it back under the 7 after Christmas.

This is a AMC20 HD axle from a Waggoneer. I made the brackets to convert it to disks and am using 91 Isuzu Trooper rear axle rotors and calipers with a mechanical parking brake. They match the Waggy 6 bolt pattern, but I did have to turn down the flanges about an 1/8" for the rotors to fit.

The next question will be what type of master cylinder to run with it. I'm thinking a late 60's Corvette one might work. The stock master might even work, as the volume of the pistons on the Isuzu calipers isn't overly large.

I've heard that the Ford F350 master cylinder works well as it displaces a large volume. Just a thought if the Corvette M/c is pricey. Sorry, don't know what year for the Ford, but you could do a search on this board or Pirate of the Rubicon.
