I am willing to bet that it isn't touching the frame with a lot of force and a 1" shackle lift would do the trick. That pic looks real
similar to my setup, I only have .5" -1" between my springs and frame. My custom shackles will be done this weekend (1" lift).
Do you hear a clanging (metal hitting metal) when you go over a bump in the rear, because if it were bottoming out hard you'd
hear something??

Yes, I do hear a metal clanging when I hit a bump. It doesn't take much.

Looks like a sagging spring pack to me. Either an add-a-leaf or something like a boomerang shackle should do the trick.

What's a boomerang shackle? I have ordered hypershackles is that similiar?
