I FIXED IT, I FIXED IT, I HAD 2 PROBLEMS #1 THE CARB WAS JUNK, # 2 I WAS USING A ECM FOR AN AC EQUPPED ZOOK ON A NON A/C CARB AND IT REAllY FREAKS IT OUT.. ........ SOLUTION REPLACE CARB WITH SPARE AND REPLACEED ECM WITH PROPER SPARE. AND IT RUNS GREEEEAT !!!!! THANKS FOR ALL THE INPUT THOUGH, P.S. YOU BETTER WATCH OUT NOW PILLARD! NOW I DON'T HAVE TO IDLE UP THE HILLS.

It could be an electrical problem. Tim from NCO had a similar problem which turned out to be the distributor. Check the connections to the distributor, especially the ground wire. Hope this helps.....

Is this a carburated engine? or a fuel injected engine? 8v or 16v? Rebuilt or just R&R (remove and replace) when i call you is that west coast mid or east coast time? Thanks thatl help me a little.

it's carbuerated 1.3 that i took out of another 86 sammy that ran perfect.i'm central time zone and i'll be here 9-4pm today.

HEY PILLARD AT LEAST WHEN I GO THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING ON TOP OF THE HILLS FOR YOU TO HOOK YOUR WINCH TO. I'D HATE FOR YOU TO HAVE TO STAY AT THE BOTTOM WITH THE JEEPERS.
