Whatever the case take the advice/suggestions from everyone & get your priorities straight. You can still post here, if anyone is on your case don't worry, they'll back off soon.

I thought at first glance that this was not a serious post. I'm still not so sure.....

However, I will treat it as such.

I won't repeat the collective wisdom the good folks from this BBS have given you. You should read it carefully and take heed.
Children are our future. They are not a commodity, nor a form of material aquisition. They are the most precious gifts that we can be blessed with. They bring joys to life that a conglomeration of rubber, plastic and metal could never do.
I'm assuming you are young. My friend, this is the time to learn this lesson. It is a very important lesson. If you choose not to learn it now, I can garanttee that years down the road when you do realize your folly, you'll regret those wasted years and take it to your grave. This is entirely avoidable. You have the opportunity now to make the right choice. It's all about choices...... Be prepared to live with the consequences of them.
From another view, your Sami will eventually wear out, rust out and depreciate over the years. A child will grow and so will it's love for you. This is worth an empire.....
So, in a nut shell, the choice really falls into the "No Sh!t" category. Its quite simple, but it is yours to make.
I'm not trying to castigate you, but rather giving you the opportunity to rethink your view.
Go home and tell your wife that you love her and your child.

i was just joking, and with the job i have i can pretty much have the child and the sammi's, but fun with a child comes first, and fun in a sammi comes when they can go.

i was joking. my wife owns one of the sammi's she drives it all the time. but when she found out that she was haveing a baby we bought a jeep liberty. so she cold some what have the feeling that the sammi gives her. we both have vowed never to get rid of our sammi's. old lady is what i call her as a joke because my dad always called my mom that in a joking loving way. so don't worry the baby and wife come first always.

Some very good advice in these posts that struck home with me. Even tho it was a joke, it was a message that I needed to hear. My enemy isnt toys, its time, and I need to spend it much better. thanks for the heart felt and spoken comments. Myself, and hopefully others needed to hear these words, and hopefully will heed them.
