help With front Suspension

As some of you know i got a new truck Well it has 4 link in the rear with coil springs and had coil overs in the front they were 14" and has a type of three link wish bone in the front. well coilovers are to much Air shocks are possible but what other options do i have or would you suggest. What about coil spring like in the back? some input will help the out come links to air shocks or other info will help. thanks all
