Help with daystar 1" Instl!!

Help with daystar 1\" Instl!!

So I spent all day fighting with the body mount nuts and finally got them off...but now as I go to put on the daystar 1" mounts, I noticed that the old mounts have a metal sleeve running through them. Do I need to put a sleeve in the new mounts? Also FYI the kit calls for 20 washers but only comes with 10! whats up with that? guess they figure 10 will still be good...

I just put one of these on my 83 CJ7. I did not use any sleeves. My kit came with 22 washers, I only used 11 (11 mounts).

Jim...thanks for the reply. I probably wont put any sleeves in either. BTW...Nice web page. So I take it you reused some of your washers? I am using two per mount.
