I have an odd request. I'm currently rebuilding the vaccuum harness on my '87 wrangler, and it would be really helpful if I had a non-torched engine so I could just see how the vaccuum lines were on that engine, and then put them back into mine. Did that make any sense? What I was wondering is if anyone who lived around the Chicago area would be willing to come up and let me look at your engine for a day. I'd be willing to pay for your time, and I don't want to take anything off your engine, just look at it. I live in Libertyville, which is about 30 minutes north of Chicago. I go back to college on sunday and I'd really like to get this done before then. Email me at [email protected]. Thanks!

Too bad I don't have internet at home. I'm from libertyville too. I was home this past weekend from school with my 88 YJ. I wish I would have seen this before and would have been able to help you out

I actually have two vacuum diagrams, both of which are sufficient, it would jsut be easier/quicker for me if I had a living engine to simply copy. I guess I'm lazy
