Can some one please help me. I have an 82 CJ-7 and the frame is craked in a few different places. I need a cheep way to fix this. It has already been welded to attempt to fix the problem but the weld has broken. Im in college so I havent much to fix this problem. Some one please help!!!!

Check out M.O.R.E.'s frame repair kits. They are 2 halves, front and back. Weld on, even have all the holes pre-drilled.

Grind out all cracks, fill weld them, then add plates over them to reinforce the frame to prevent new cracks. Remember when adding plates to stitch weld (no continuous beads) or cracking will reoccur.
