I took my jack apart to clean and repaint and forgot how to get it back together. I know there was a good post a few months ago on this but I can't find it in the search engine. Man do I feel dumb!!

john, thanks, but not quite enough detail. What a dumb move. I always take good notes, but I figured no, I'll remember this time. Dumb

Would a picture help?

On the pins, the tapered part goes up, they're called "climbing pins", which makes sense. I had to ask about them over a year ago and someone helped me out with their direction.

If you need any other help, let me know.

Glad I could help, anytime.

You can see the parts I had to replace on mine, ran into a stump with it on the front of the Jeep. I found the Hi-Lift people great to deal with as well.
