check the wiring for bare wires this could be the culprit and it is grounding to the frame .... i'd try a bigger bulb before i'd pay for andother battery

went poof. the ground is working to the frame ive checked that using ohm meter
and resistance checks, does anyone know how to check the regulator and verify
its working properly?
