Yeah, I saw that on eBay and it looked familiar. It was on the front cover of Four Wheeler awhile back. Pretty cool but too many shocks.

Yep, I've got it right here. March 99. Just counted, it has 12 shocks on the front axle alone.

the problem here in Neveda is the height law so I couldnt go that high ...not that I would want to And ordered that back issue from four wheeler....

yes, alot of states have them alot because of accidents and all (runnin over little cars...) and of course our local law authorities will enforce it here in nevada is 30" from the ground to the bottom of the sheet metal on the rocker panel and that is a 3/4 ton so 1/2 ton is less than 30" just havent verfied how much yet?

You've never seen the articles in the 4WD magazines showing all 50 states and itemizing the applicable laws in each one??? Each mag probably runs it every year. Some states regulate bumper height, some frame height, some headlights, some all, some none.

Steve83, I have to admit that I am more of a Hot Rod reader than Offroad Mags reader. I have been wheeling for a short amount of time. That is one reason I love this board..It gives me a free education into a world that I know little about. Thanks to everyone that has helped.
