I received new rear replacement springs for my YJ and they do not look like the old springs. The new ones have what I've heard called military wrapped ends. The ones I took off did not have that type of end. My old ones were suppose to have been black diamond also. So did they change the way they make their springs or did the 4x4 shop put some other brand of spring on my jeep?

I just bought Black Diamond suspension for my Wife's CJ-6 and it has the military wrap. As far as I know
they have always made them that way unless you have one of the very first kits that could have been
different. Nickmil.
