Gray Rock is being sued by a neighbor. She is wanting to shut down Gray Rock because of the noise at night. As I understand it, the night riders that don't know or ignore the no night riding rule, and the band that plays two or three times a year are some of her specific complaints.

Tomorrow there will be a letter you can print out from this site. What we're asking you to do is at least sign your name and send it to the Jefferson County Zoning Board. Or you can write a letter in your own words explaining how you like Gray Rock and the good times you've had there.

Jefferson County Zoning Board
Attn. case# A-06-038
716 Richard Arrington Blvd North
Room 206, Jefferson County Courthouse
Birmingham, Al 35207

The court date is April 24th at 1:00PM. Room 206 at the Jefferson County Courthouse. If you would like to attend please be there at 12:30

Gray Rock is a great place to wheel and Tony is one hell of a good guy. I urge all to step up to the plate and help him keep the park open.
