you could definately fit some 33s with fender trimming and a 4.5 kit, im glad to see youre willing to cut. i cant stand it when people dont wanna cut , better stability if you cut and alot cheaper then lifting to the sky. youre headed in the right direction and dont be scared to cut, take your time and you can make it look as good or even better than stock. best thing to do would be buy the kit and then the tires and flex it up and find out where you need to cut. weld the rear end buy a locker for the front get some rockrails and a hitch and youll have a very capable rig then go wheel and if you like it alot then start saving$$ for some bigger axles
no i would leave that alone untill you start going 35+ inch tires and upgrade your axles even then its not completely needed
id sell just about anything to build a lift and a guitar isnt very high on the list

I wouldn't weld up a diff you plan on driving around(daily driver) cause isn't that like spooling your rig? Your gonna burn through tires welding up a diff, then driving on pavement

it wont last long on rocks but to me its worth the traction , i was out playing with my 38 boggers today and my buddy with 35 boggers unlocked ( both of us with toys) he could go half the places i could with my welded rear end. i got pulled out by him once and i pulled him out 4 times and i was trying harder stuff lol

what year wagoneer ?
