Got a \"new\" Sammy!

Yay! I now have possession of the title to my '87 Sammy soft-top! No rust, one small dent, shredded top. Has factory center console and a wierd factory "shelf" in the passenger footwell. Runs great, but has a bad transfer case (shifter sheet!) and needs a new clutch. Not sure whether to part it out or fix it up & sell it...
Now for the hard part: getting it home! Got a friend who said he'd tow it home for me in 2 weeks... Can't wait!

The console is rare and probably worth something on Ebay. The shelf came in all Sammy's, unless it had A/C.

really? i'd never seen nor heard of that funny little shelf.
as for the console, that sucker's getting spray-painted black and is going straight into the SPAMurai!! just how much is it worth anyway?... if i part out this sammy, it will be to finance lower gears for my primary sammy.

Can someone post a pic of the parcel shelf? I noticed a few mounting points around the pass. footwell and wondered what they were for. I have never seen what the shelf looks like. Thanks. Actually I haven't seen what the center console looks like either! Can someone post that as well? Thanks.

Even the a/c models have the shelve. It cut out to fit around the a/c unit. Parts for the a/c are attached to it on the under side.

I wouldn't part out a Zuk with a good title. Get it going and sell it to a friend.
