I'd bet the farm that it means it has a 203 in it. Let me guess, the front axle doesn't have lockout hubs on it does it? All Wheel Drive = Four Wheel Drive on the street. I'm 99% sure that GM never offered a front l/s or locker. Sorry to dash your hopes.
