You need a electric fuel pump with at least 88 liters per hour rating and 45psi for the ford efi. Right now I have a holley pro-jection inline pump that is 45psi and 255lph. I'm not sure if I'm going to use it or not, there's a big debate over the inline pump or intank pump. The intank ones are supposed to be more reliable because they are cooled by the fuel surrounding them. My jeep builder friend is trying to convince me to stay with the inline one because it can be changed easily if it breaks. Remember you have to use special EFI hose and clamps with the high pressure side.
