You are out of luck for an off the shelf replacement. Parts stores carry flexible filler hose that you should be able to use, or even a radiator hose will work, but it will not last as long. A hose shop can custom bend you a filler hose, that is the best way to go, bring them your old one and have them make a new one.

Fuel filler hose should not have a spring running through it, that is radiator hose. Look on the hose, it should have markings that say it is safe for use with fuel. Bending it just means it is flexible, by no means will it retain that shape. Having one made will make it retain the shape of your original hose. Tom's sealant idea is a good one depending on how bad your filler hose is. It sounds like you already have a radiator hose in there though.
