Recently replaced front rotors and pads on my 85 F150 2wd and didn't relize until recently that I did not put the rattle clips in when installing the new pads. Ripped apart the garage yesterday and can't find them. The pads rattle when driving around town until I hit the brakes. Stopping is good but my question is will not having the clips in cause any damage?? Thanks in advance for any replies!!!Mike

You should have those clips, If you get a rock stuck in between your rotor and pad you'll wish you had that clip you can get them for a couple bucks at Napa or any part store. -JMO-Bob
