I know this may be a really dumb question but I'm wondering do the newer jeeps still come with the sfa or has jeep switched over to ifs? I have a suburban with ifs and I was going to do a sfa swap until the thing started nickle and dime me to death so after basic I'm trading in for my dream rig, a wrangler. Just want to get an idea of the money I'm going to be droppin into my rig.

Right now the Wrangler still uses a solid front axle. Might want to get one soon as I think all of the other Jeeps have gone to IFS; so it is only a matter of time.....saddly.

I suggest test driving both stick and auto (just read a thread regarding this topic) as I understand the engine is underpowered and the auto makes it that much worse.
