I am having little to no sucess with finding out who made this. Anyone help? I can say it must have been build in the late 80 to early 90's. It's very professional and well built.

Might be home made, but also looks like Kennesaw Mountain's earlier multi-carrier. MultiCarrier Series I

Oh, I guess they are called Tactical Armor Group now.
