I did the Ford ignition swap and now Im hearing some strange noise. I advanced the
timing and after I herd the noise I set it back but Im still hearing it. What's
happening is after it warms up and during light acceleration I hear a sound that I can
only describe as a bearing being spun. If I rev the motor in neutral the noise isn't
there. HELP!! P.S I did not change the springs.

With the slim information given...

With the timing advanced, and retarded, and the noise still there...
It doesn't sound like ignition.

There is no way that an ignition upgrade can cause a 'Spinning Bearing'...

Does it do the noise in reverse?
Or only forward gears?
Does it do it in all forward gears?

Just for the record, spun bearings are very rare...
'Spun Bearings' is one of the terms used by the old time mechanics that couldn't figure out what really happened or what was really wrong.
It falls right in there with blaming the 'magneto' (or ignition) then or the catalytic converter now...
