Ok, for gemoetry I've got to do a servey and ask 100 people, Mine is which jeep is your favorite, only vote once but if another jeep nut is around you can both vote on the same post. So here's the choices
A) Wrangler YJ and TJ '87-'01
B) AMC Erra CJ 5, 7, & 8 '72-'86
C) Pre AMC Jeep CJ2a, 3a, 3b, early CJ5 and other jeeps produced before '72 except for full size jeeps
D) Mid size Jeep XJ, MJ, ZJ, & WJ
E) Full Size Jeep Any year

Thanks,

My fav is a B. I own an A, '90 YJ. My next vehicle purchace will be an E, J-10, for work. My bride-to-be will probably get a Grand. Then and only then will my hopes of a B come to light/wwwthreads_images/icons/frown.gif. Unless I win the lottery.

So I guess I will vote for B.

C - They are all JEEP's the difference is you see a lot more spoiled kids, commuters, etc in the later year JEEP's. I love my 69 and I will have built it from the ground up and already have bond established with it. I know where every nut and bolt is and what sizes they are. Wheel what you brought and everyone will break. We are all JEEPers and that should be enough. A little good natured ribbing keeps it interesting, do not take it personally. Not very long ago I gave H8 a pretty hard time and he (hopefully) is going to TTC. He came back with a few "bug eye" comments, a couple of jabs about some weak hardware and we laughed and quit, no blood, no foul.
Just my .02 I have been gone for a few days and still trying to catch up on this board, but couldn't resist posting to this.

I know this may surprise most people, but its "B" for me also. I think the CJs are the quitesential Jeep. I like the YJs better as a starting point for a build up, and I would never change to round headlights. But my favorite jeeps would be the CJ's, actually a scrambler is my dream build up project someday.
Are we at 100 yet
