An exhaust shop should be able to heat the pipe in place with a torch and move it over enough to not rub. I had to have this done with the drivers side pipe from the manifold because it was too close to the frame and brake lines. He just heated the pipe and put pressure with a pry bar until it had enough clearance. You can't even tell where it was done.
