Engine Torque

If I remember correctly that on older 4.0L HO engine's torque is [email protected] rpm, but on newer 4.0' torque is [email protected] rpm. Can anyone tell me what type of cam or crank they are using? And, can newer crank or cam be install on older 4.0L.
If not, can anyone tell me manufactures that make high performance cam and crank (besides, Hesco and Clifford) with EFI not carb.
