For what it's worth, these e-brake handles are used on alot of airport vehicles.

I found this dj at a junk yard today and saw this e-brake.
CJDave said I think he liked the dodge brake. Well hear it is
in stock form. And you can loosen or tighten the cable take up from the seat.
One could mount 2 of these one for each wheel.
