Well with all this snow we have been getting along with 13 years of rust the decided to fall off, correction rust off. Do I need to replace them for any safety reasons or iscan they stay off? I don't care about getting brake dust on anything.-Bob

Whenever my D/s wheel came off the dust sheild is what fliped up under the disk to guard it from getting scratched and scared up from the road

i dont worry about them, but they do help with guariding the rotors, helping with water fade, and heat fade. your choice....

I'm gonna wait till spring then decide if i want to get them. Not having a warm/dry work area persuades me even more not to worry about them for the winter.
