Well with all this snow we have been getting along with 13 years of rust the decided to fall off, correction rust off. Do I need to replace them for any safety reasons or iscan they stay off? I don't care about getting brake dust on anything.-Bob
I'm gonna wait till spring then decide if i want to get them. Not having a warm/dry work area persuades me even more not to worry about them for the winter.
Thanks for the replies-Bob
i took mine off since they trap mud and cause noises, but now the greasy tie rod ends are VERY close to the rotors... that's the one part of the truck i don't want lubed
