I know having an isolator setup is optimal when it comes to dual batteries. But will just hooking them up in parralel do?

There has been a lot of discussion on this lately. Try searching previous posts.

/wwwthreads_images/icons/tongue.gif Yes...you can do that. the problem is that one battery ends up taking a vacation from work. When you have them that way, you have two very willing batteries. One battery is willing to do all the work, and the other battery is willing to LET it do all the work. If you don't want to mess with an isolator, USE TWO SIX VOLT batteries in series./wwwthreads_images/icons/crazy.gif
